I’d be more concerned about the question, “Why aren’t you a Partner?”

This is rather pedestrian and linear way of thinking. People have different paths and it's important to respect other peoples journey.

If it were coming from industry or a combination between the two then I would say 200-225 range.

Also, what did you tell the recruiter regarding your base salary requirements during the initial screening call? They always ask…

What’s new base for EY management consulting SM?

I started working as a consultant with EY 8 months ago. Even though I'm content and learning a lot there, I think there are places where I might easily earn more money. I received a job offer last week from Alvarez & Marsal to work as a consultant at the Transaction Advisory Department (financial due diligence team), where I will be paid more fairly (salary & bonus). Should I accept it? Or would leaving EY that early not be wise?

Hello, I had a technical recruiter from Facebook reach out to me twice for a program management lead opportunity. She feels I have strong experience and am a good fit.

I have about 25 yrs of experience in technology and compliance with about 5 yrs in privacy along with a number of certifications in these areas.

Could you share any information I should be aware of in-terms of levels, compensation, stocks, etc?

I would love some suggestions on transitioning and career paths.

I gave 15+ years in healthcare claims (payer side, physician/facility side) and revenue cycle management. I’m burnt out and want to transition away from revenue cycle mgmt.

I only have my Associates degree and would currently need to take a job that is remote with no/minimal phone responsibilities. What roles do you recommend that would allow me to transition my skills while maintaining a minimum salary of 50k?

If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
