I can't stop thinking about work.

Firm culture, work life balance, interesting work and smart colleagues- didn’t like how much work was staff aug but even on staff aug project there was more talent on a smaller team than some of my larger teams here 😓
I’d cross PwC off the list, they aren’t a huge player in the federal space (don’t get offended, obviously huge in commercial). Other 2 are great options.
Booz catches more heat that it deserves IMO. Love most everything about it aside from pay. The staff aug side can be annoying as well depending on your project forsure.
Interesting to get D1's perspective here. The staff aug thing at BAH led to me working with a lot of dumb people, both internally (mostly outside DC metro area) and especially at client. Hated it, had to leave. I just figured Deloitte was better from talking with people I knew in their fed practice but guess it's all about perspective.
@BAH4 Can you provide some details on how you managed to switch groups multiple times? I'm in the DIG right now and really want to switch to another account. I don't feel like my current team has my back and would like to grow professionally.
ACN and Deloitte prob best bets. I think AFS is a bigger player. PwC sucks.
Anything is better than here!! Run and don’t look back!!
Did the same thing; left BAH for Deloitte - in my experience work life balance and culture at BAH were better, no travel for Deloitte federal; overall it’s been a decent experience so far but don’t expect it to blow your mind (I’d go back to BAH in a heartbeat if I could keep my current salary); pay at ACN and Deloitte is better than at BAH
Look into switching groups at Booz. Keep all the good but get the pay and change you want. I did it like 3 times already.
What level role are you applying for?
Tbh I love BAH as well. I'd be lying if I said it wasn't about the $. B2, I'm in Data Analytics, interviewing at the C, SA and C levels, respectively.
Yeah go through the process; and I’d say just go with whoever provides you the most $$$
What did you guys like about Booz?
BA4- mind elaborating on switching groups?
For the folks saying no to PwC fed, why so?
Consider about how you get treated , some values are equality if not more important than money
