Hi fishes, I declined the offer from Pwc AC bangalore on July 28th by sending an email to HR, communicated the same to us_pwc_ac_bangalore_recruitment_services@pwc.com. But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC
I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

Very up or out mentality. And don’t take that lightly. It’s intense. You’re expected to be able to sell business and lead projects at the same time
What level and practice? People here are great, hard working but certainly not cut throat.
How about within Supply Chain and Operations within Accenture Strategy? What’s the culture there?
Accenture 2 - it’s a mix. From the conversations I’ve had with them it’s basically helping clients think about where they can leverage analytics (AI, robotics, machine learning) in their existing eco systems to transform the way they do things. In some instance this service line does work with other service lines.
Hey - enterprise analytics is apparently under CFO/EV in Strategy. Just googled the posting.
Strategy is a good group, but it can be hard to carve out and align at that level. SM is partner track, but you could easily be pushed to non-partner if you can’t make the right alliances. You should push the importance of analytics and working cross functionally with strategy and digital’s Accenture interactive group to plan analytics needs, but also be able to deliver those needs to the client.
A7- very nice display of our culture calling your colleagues “idiots “ smh
Will REALLY vary by function / industry within Strategy- have found the culture to be shockingly different based on this
Reiterating A2, is there a certain type of work you’re looking to get into here?
It will be Enterprise Analytics under strategy umbrella. Manager/Sr Manager level.
Enterprise analytics? Hm this seems like a support function to strategy?
Sounds like digital strategy not strategy strategy
I don’t think the up or out/challenge of strategy is necessarily a bad thing or unusual for strategy practices. Talent is always gonna be stronger in strategy so the pyramid will be harder to climb
What is the pay for M though?
Congrats on the offer OP, I'm a consultant in that group and honestly loving it. We're a new group in Accenture Strategy under CFO&EV. SMH at all the idiots saying things like it sounds like a support function - have you not heard of NEXUS?
