That's a pretty significant bump, so yes, I'd probably take it. You can always put a year in there and use it as a stepping stone to something better, but that increase will make a big difference in your day to day life. I'd say go for it!
Appreciate your thoughts! I’m hoping with MS on my resume will open up more doors for future opportunities.
Definitely! Get the heck out of chase retail, I hated it there so much and was endlessly grateful to get back into MS.
Even if you don't end up loving the role, you'll have your foot in the door. MS likes for people to remain in a role for at least 18 months before considering internal mobility. You may love the role though, seems like a much better opportunity.
I wasn't a fan of the CSA role either, but nonetheless it was a foot in the door. Digital engagement associate sounds like a better gig than CSA
Wouldn’t take it. Ask for 95k
Very true 😭congrats then OP (I’m just an MS hater )
That’s quite a significant increase. Congratulations! 🎊🎉. It’s a huge milestone!
I’ll grab the opportunity for the new role as I still look out for something that you desire. Considering the current inflation and also away out of Retail. I’m in Retail branch for Citi for 6 and a half years and I feel like it’s time to move. Still pursuing masters degree in Analytics. I’d prefer growth within but if I don’t get then I branch out.
Same for Citi. I’ve seen some colleagues who left due lack of promotion and later came back. I’m very open.
That's a solid offer. I'd accept it if it were me. The culture and the people there are great as well. Go for it!
