Huge spread. Some PMs make 150k. Others are sitting over 250k. What do you make at SF? Grade?
Sorry, I meant I’m working for a Salesforce end user (big corporation).
I make 155k.
How many admins/developers working on your team?
They don’t directly report to me, but it’s a team of about 6
I mean I’m kind of taking a guess since you have a lot more experience than me, but I’d assume you could easily get a good pay bump if you looked around
I think at your level you would really enjoy it, go through the process and see if you like what they have to say is my Advice. Pm me on the side if you want to
I’ve got a similar profile and making $165k in the New York area in a similar role (formerly in CSG at SF).

What does this role even mean? Are you basically an admin with a different title slapped on it?

Yeah you’re the product owner for an internal tech stack, not a product manager for company’s product. They are still absolutely not the same thing.
If you’re the product owner, you probably also have to manage the budget for your tech stack which OP didn’t mention having to do and still leads to the same conclusion of the comp being in the right range.
A product manager with 10 YOE is probably director level and looking at closer to 200k cash plus equity.
