They've been trying to recruit me for SC or SA role, but not too sure if i want 60+ hr work days as I hear. Currently working 35-40hrs and have control over my hours with TC 100K+.

I have two job offers, one offers a salary of 61.5k and the other job offers an hourly rate of $27.65 with $41.48 for OT, as well as Sales Incentive Compensation Plan where the annual target incentive compensation is 42.86%. In other words, I could potentially receive quarterly bonuses that add up to around $24,650. However, that bonus isn’t guaranteed according to the offer letter and is contingent on my and my clients performance. Should I take the first job or second job?

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? A CRO offerred me an internal consulting/biz dev role. They offered 145k TC (20% bump) and slightly better benefits. They also offered accelerated path (6mo to 1yr) to MC. While promotion to MC at my current company is at least 1 year away. The job is interesting to me and fits my careery goal. But my big concern is that I've only been with my current company for a year (this is my first job, post PhD). Would this affect my resume in the future in terms of being viewed as "job hopping"?
