What is the salary I should ask. Also what is the work life balance and most importantly is the job stable?

Does EY GSD have similar policy like Deloitte USI for mobile phone purchase for Senior levels (INR 25K)?

Has anyone successfully leveraged a competing big4 offer to get a raise at your current position? Same service line.

does ACN increase salary on a yearly basis atleast for inflation ? I have heard they dont. Also if you being brought in at 12 months level will the salary increase for 24 months, 36 months etc ?

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions.
