Recently I applied for VP role in MS, today I saw one Director post same profile, VP role requires managing 30+ people as per JD and Director role 10-15 people, can I apply for this role also, I feel like the possibility of selection is high for Director role, What should I do? Shall I revoke the earlier VP application or apply for Director role from other mail ID profile or same profile? Kindly guide. Also MS use windows, Linux or Mac which platform more for employees machines?

Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?

I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
