Debating between two offers. 1) 155k, partnered with PE recently with the ability to accumulate equity and 15% bonus or 2) 180k, 20% bonus, and no equity. Both cultures, work life balance, benefits (eg WFH, health, etc) are more or less equal. My gut is telling me the lower salary, with the potential to earn some $$ in equity down the road, but I'm curious what others would do or what other questions I should ask.
