Don't know your program specifics obviously. That said vested usually means you get something but you stop accruing benefits. So your retirement benefit would be fairly small.
Don't know Deloitte but my last pension was paid out into an IRA.
Yes, you get it when you reach retirement age. Just make sure you leave the correct address on file. Should be covered in your exit interview and paperwork.
Not positive but if it's like others if seen, you'll have the option to leave it in the pension fund and pull from it upon retirement OR you have the option to roll it over to a traditional IRA.
