In CV, I mentioned the past 4 years of experience in 3 MNC, and I have all relieving, experience letters, and proper PF records.

At the early stage of career, I joined a non-IT and have a 1-month PF entry with a proper exit date. Company refused to give letters for short service. So, I haven't mentioned it anywhere in CV.

Does this create any issue in the BGV?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me.
