The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. The bads: Distributed ownership with short-term vision in the business units, we would enage any project in any client as long as it counts for the partner. And we would use the margin as an input, not as a result, so we would be forced to understaff projects so numbers look good. Politics and promises that never came
