Deloitte india (not usi) offering me 29.15 and capgemini is offering me 23.25. I have 9 years of experience. Tech stack is azure data engineer. Should i consider capg offer? Or should join deloitte india? Please help. My priorities are good projects, good work culture, job security. I don't have any onsite aspirations
