Deloitte india (not usi) offering me 29.15 and capgemini is offering me 23.25. I have 9 years of experience. Tech stack is azure data engineer. Should i consider capg offer? I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org.
