What is expected CTC as per market standard for 4 year of experience in salesforce development

Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.
Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.

Today i got call from my recruiter and she informed me that my offer letter will be revised . Prev the offer was 15.90 LPA . Now the revised offer contains 17.10 LPA . I was quite surprised with this behaviour .
My DOJ is 21st feb 2022. Designation - sr. Associate - projects

Is there anything worried about this ? Anyone faced this kind of approach ? Kindly suggest

Have you ever taken a career slow down? I am feeling burnt out from COVID and the incremental responsibilities thrown my way over the last 5+ years. I feel like my health has deteriorated. One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients).
