Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

What is your total IT experience and how many Salesforce Certs you have?
8 LPA is a reasonable package for 22 months exp. You will get a big brand exposer and you may consider switching after another 2 years on a double package. Salesforce is hot cake as of now. If I could be you, I don’t mind grabbing this offer.
Lpa?
That’s the equivalent of $10k 😮
Don’t come in as analyst, at least a Consultant level
Ex- Deloitte here and totally agree with DD1. If you would have joined Deloitte fresh out of college, you would be a consultant (C) in 2 years, if you are among the high performers, specially with Salesforce skills. If you join now as an Analyst, the best case is that they will promote you to C in an year, but then you would need to go extra mile to outperform other Analyst peers and build a repo with the management. This is likely to happen easily if you are being hired for a skillset (within Salesforce) that they are already short of and you will be staffed on day-1. A good chance is that they will promote you in another 2 years, so better to negotiate now.
Also, Deloitte is known for hiring at n-1 level and paying at n, to keep a balance, internally. Negotiating for level is a very tough battle. I had a similar situation 4 years ago where I was negotiating for M, while they were hiring me at SC3 while i joined PwC at M3.
