Hi everyone! I'm looking to apply for a Strategy and Operations Role at Google . They are asking for 3 years of work ex but I only have slightly more than 2 years of work ex in Operations. Would it make sense to still try for it if I only meet the Operations side of requirements and not strategy side?

What is a sub? 2 years might not be enough time to apply for GC and get the i140 approved
Thanks for that timeline. That’s what I am worried about. I had read after PERM you can do premium for i140, assuming that option is there do you think that’s an acceptable risk to take? Or that itself could take 1.5 to 2 years?
Best idea. Once your I140 is approved thru sub contracting employer, you can switch to Deloitte with your network’s support.
Thanks! Thinking about it, but concerned if I will have enough time to get an i140
Is this specifically in your Operating Portfolio or in general? I believe if you have proper backing from a couple of Partners, the move should happen..but I'm not sure of the current situation.
Hey yeah, within the Operating Portfolio. I do have a strong network, thinking about this option but wondering with the time I have left on my visa, would pursuing i140 (assuming I will have enough time) is worth it. Don’t want to be at a place that I am stuck as a sub, i140 in progress and go back to India and look for something else. If it matters I am on track with my milestone as M right now. Thank you for comments!
Don’t rely on the transfer, USI just keep’s delaying it, and you will lose time. If you have someone to start your GC process go for it
