Deloitte peeps - has anyone gone through GSAP for a non MBA? Was the return salary comparable to an MBA's? I'm considering an MS in analytics/data science.

What is your comp structure? Base, plus bonus (what % if so), plus spot bonus for sourced hires? I’d appreciate any insight! looking at bonus percent and what you get offered for sourced hires as a corporate recruiter to understand what’s competitive in the market.

I got an offer from EY gds for 16LPA fixed for 6.8 YOE. And I have been provided with Rank 42 (lead). Is this a good offer?

How is the growth in EY gds now? How much minimum hike will I get each passing year? And what about the VPB? Has anyone got more than the target% or is it rare?

Do I have to search job for more salary? Or is it good for my YOE(provided that I am a mom of 2 yr old and doesn’t want to switch companies frequently).

Recently had my performance chat and found out that two managers had misrepresented project dynamics, blamed things on me (presumably to cover their butts). Most of my other feedback is strongly positive and I’ve been junior PMing projects for the last 12 months. Hi. I am about to complete my MBA from Germany and have been offered a CTC of 20LPA in Capegemini Invent. I have 8 years of work-ex in the automotive industry. My last package in India was 8 LPA. Since I’m still in school, he wants to move with me (we are long distance, living in different states). He’s trying to apply to new jobs that are in my city and pay more. Should he put his new job on his resume even though he’s only worked for 2-3 months, or should he not? What will give him a better chance at getting interviews?
