Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

This is on the high end - can confirm

The benefits doesn’t align with Senior Consultant in consulting, is this in Risk Advisory? M1 is a consultant equivalent grade, so I suspect that is the very top of the band and the most you will get offered without getting promoted to the next level, which with 3 YOE and no consulting experience would be tough!
It normally took 4 years to get to M2 in Risk Advisory if you started as a graduate, but Covid affected that in some departments. So 1 year ideally, but could take 2.
Also, some departments had panels for the Manager promotion/limited spots due to Covid. They continued holding the panels this year despite hiring going back to normal.
Can confirm that is align with your grade. You won’t be able to negotiate to my knowledge.

That’s Consultant level not SC - that’s what M1 means (I’m in Consulting UK)
Different in Risk Advisory because you start as a Consultant (P1) instead of Analyst
Don't believe in alignment with other team member bs. New hire has more leverage to negociate. :-)
If they're too rigide on base, maybe something else can be put on the table. Relocation package etc.

Relocation package from Ealing to Shepherd’s Bush. I understand the sentiment but hiring at Deloitte is process-oriented and rarely rational.
OP, something you could push for is that you get £500 for expenses to allow working from home (given the recent announcement).
