Weight loss is stagnating (23 M, 5’10” previously 210lbs 29.5% BF now 188ish lbs 21.5% BF) and I figure tuning up nutrition could be the extra kick I need.

Tips to decrease my soda consumption. I drink 2 cans of Coke Zero per day and recently read that older women that drink soda, even calorie fee, are at increased risk of stroke so I’d like to nip this habit in the bud now.
