meanwhile 2 years in as a tech analyst I'm making 65k. thanks Accenture for treating homegrown talent well!
Every firm treats their homegrowns worse.
Wow! Just wow! PowerPoint creating interns having a $14.5 signing bonus? D is officially off its med.
...this is typical, for at least the past 4 years.
Lol you're definitely not gonna get accordingly since you're home grown. Time to pack your bags and head on over to ACN for comp boost then boomerang back a year or two later.
Also a C in NY with 2YoE at 120. Can corroborate
OP, just FYI, I left Deloitte recently and part of it was because of this - they are NOT prorating / adjusting comp for all levels, despite BA and BTA pay going up.
S&A. But this was also true for M&A and C&M so don’t think it’s just tied to an OP.
Their TCC is only 10k less than my base as a SC2 (early promo to M). You need to talk some of these BTAs through how to align objects in PPT, or have basic excel hygiene...and if that is what they are willing to pay for that level of skill, then I would hope they adjust everyone’s compensation accordingly
Don’t hold your breath.
