I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I've been very actively interviewing for about a month now, both through recruiting agencies and through regular job postings. Here's my personal experience:
While some are much better than others, on the whole I find recruiters to be annoying and pushy. Ultimately, they are motivated to get you the highest salary because they get commission 99% of the time. As a result, they'll tell both sides (you and employer) exactly what you want to hear. They can also be pushy about roles that are certainly not a good fit. Furthermore, they'll blow up your phone before and after every interview wanting to "prep you" or "hear your thoughts about how things went." Personally, I'd rather cut out the middle men.
That being said, recruiters are very helpful if you are struggling to get in front of hiring managers or if you're looking for higher-level roles. Sometimes companies don't post roles on job boards and they're exclusively using a recruiting agency to place candidates.
I just got an offer through a recruiter at Barrington James and he was great. He was super communicative and gave great interview prep material before each round
I landed a client engagement role with Definitive Healthcare. Haven't started yet but am excited!
