Did anyone recently interview for Google? I got called for a Tech Phone Screen and found it weird when they asked if I know any Googler and their details like LinkedIn Profile. Why would they ask their details for?

Hi fishes, can you help me decide? I'm L63 at Microsoft with TC of $220k and I've got an offer from AWS for an L5 role at $300k TC. I love Microsoft and can see myself growing a lot here. I was approached by a recruiter for the Amazon role.

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.
