They are filing if normally at Pwc - I had to make them file 2 weeks ago due to a new client location and I asked them to file in premium and got an RFE, but I heard from them even before filing that it is expected for premium processing. Seeing all these posts from EY, looks like it’s a shit show there. Egan hasn’t really gotten any better since I left.
PwC is going to file mine soon. I delayed the process (current project sucks) than them. Cannot blame them. But so far I am happy with their turnaround times. But lost 1 month out of 6 month already. Not going to file in premium though.
OP..not sure which practise u belong, but in out all hands call, it was clearly explained as to what's happening.
Egan is being ridiculously safe and they maintain that USCIS GUIDELINES are not clear and are very open ended statements. They say 'it could mean anything'.
Having said that, grounding everyone and taking more than 2 months is really bad and wrong
^ agree with EY 1 here. It is frustrating. EY in general is overly cautious. They don’t want to deal with RFE as business as usual.
Also OP, I don't think anyone is allowed to expire.
Every email from Egan clerk, I get an assurance that nobody's status will be allowed to expire. I have the HR and PPeD copied in every communication
