What happened Now. How long can they keep someone on bench?
Technology?
Even after waiting for more than 6 months, there were no meaningful efforts from the management to assign a project or conduct internal interviews.
What is more concerning is the lack of response and accountability from the team. There is no structured support, no updates, and no clear career direction provided during this period.
Eventually, instead of resolving the situation, employees are pushed to resign citing “no available positions,” which reflects poor workforce planning and management.
If you are considering joining, be cautious and evaluate your options carefully.
Stability, transparency, and employee engagement are seriously lacking here.
Pros: None worth mentioning
Cons: Long bench time, no communication, no project allocation, forced exits
If one has to resign citing “no available positions" ...bcoz of their inefficiencies .....then in real sense they themselves should resign ... not the other way --- but its India --- Labouron ka bharmar hai .....and these companies are exploiting like anything....
Haha ...they are busy in brand rebuilding...do not disturb them ...once they will be free (God knows when ) work at other areas will start 😜
