I was told a position is expected to return to the hybrid mode and not 100% remote eligible. Has anyone successfully negotiated a role labeled this way to become fully remote?

Had two rounds of interviews for an in house role and really like the company/job. I followed up Friday regarding next steps and was told they are still interviewing and should be wrapping up soon. Advice on how to stay calm? I want the position and need to know if there’s a way to speed up the process.

After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.

Guys I'm confused, do we have an IRA account with PwC or is it just 401K?

I am an acting senior and am training 3 new hires. They are not doing well, so I often re-do their works even after I give them 2 pages step by step instruction. The problem is my manager and director don't see the problems (because those problems happen behind the scene) and think all the A1s are performing exceptionally well. The A1s and I are all associates, so I don't even have a chance to give them an official feedback (snapshot at pwc). How to address this issue to my manager and director?

Big 4 tax managers - how much do you make and which office?

I pity those who revel in the "accomplishment" of have 100+ YTD utilization. Y'all got suckered by the firm.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

I knew something was up....the firms isn't making budget projections so now there making mountains out of mole hills aiming to find ppl to let go! #whatjobsecurity
