How do you find a new opportunity after 1 month? What do you put on your resume to avoid immediate rejection? Left a solid long term SR managing role for a more JR sole contributor position because of hiring attorney vision of what we can do together and more money. Less then week into role hiring attorney is gone. Still have the salary increase but am seeing all the reason he (and others) are leaving. Respected company but legal department has issues and no program for promotion.

How many times a month do teams meet in office? Trying to figure out if i can get away with moving 2 hours from my office. I start by role in about 8 weeks.

I’ve doing this for a good number of years. I think I depleted almost completely my interest in this business. When I’m out of the office or during the weekends I get into a “leave me alone state” and don’t want to know anything about the office. I actually just want to get in the agency, do the best I can within the time I have available, and get out. In a business where “the most committed wins” this is not an ideal mindset, but I’m done. During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.

I am getting third party company mails ,like working for xx client should I apply them?
