Do CBA revise the offer before joining?
I have 8 YOE in .Net Technologies, cloud, and they offered around 40 LPA (32.50 Fixed, 7.65 variable).
If I asked for more, will they agree ?? Any idea anyone has on this ?

How to structure the compensation for level 8 ? Should basic be more or allowance should be more for a package of 25lpa fixed.
