Do companies like AIRBUS reject employment based on pre employment health checkup?

Are there anyone here that can help with finding a job in health admin or admin position not having any luck on indeed!? I’m a New York native, I just moved to Las Vegas and I worked for the state for 12 years in New York and I came here to take care of my mom and as a contract worker for state of Nevada education. I was fired for discrimination reasons and now I’m out of a job I have a bachelors degree and applied to 123 jobs on indeed to be denied because I’m over qualified. HELP ANYONE

Am I screwed? I’m on track for about 1300 billables for 2021, target is 2000. While one month I did not reach out for work every other month I have, including the heads of my groups, and have told many people I am slow and can take on work. I had 4 deals die/get pushed this December, so this month was significantly slower than anticipated. Additionally, the main partner I work with has been out for months with a serious health issue. Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

If you practice collections in-house, what do you earn and do you receive a bonus?

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating. I receive only a $1k bonus per year. Is my compensation fair? My last insurance defense gig was $75k.

I am prior military and went to law school. I had a family to take care of while I was a student, hence I went as fast as possible to get to a paycheck, graduating in 2 years, and bypassing the standard summer clerkships. How could I get some experience strictly remote? I am w-2 working as an accountant in healthcare, have passed the bar and am working on my CPA license (studying starts at 3 am, then work FT). I would like to eventually hang a shingle as a tax lawyer, but need experience. TIA!

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I’m a 23yo female legal assistant working/living in Canada. I am completing my BA in hopes of continuing with law school after. Product based companies have immense pressure to innovate, their developers are also under pressure as they don't find solution in stack over flow as they are doing some thing new. So is product based worth the hype. The companies to go down or bankrupt first are product based only.
