Do I get paid enough?
Been with a company for almost 2 years went from a Product Designer I to II
I started at 75k base salary and now im at 78k after a year. I’m based in San Diego,CA. Mid market SaaS startup
I’ve been taking on a large workload compared to other seniors and principles on my team for a lot larger of initiatives.

I feel like I’m mentoring a lot of seniors and principle designers. I get ally of kudos for being “top talent” “kickass” etc…
I just feel underpaid and it sucks

CW salary at FB/Meta within the Creative X group? I keep seeing posts for copywriter positions that require 6 years of experience so I’m assuming even though they call it copywriter it’s more in line with senior / ACD agency salary.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year.
