Would you take a lower-paying role if it offered strong mentorship, skill development, or growth opportunities? I feel it’s hard for me to do this right now because of bills and kids. I took more time for some tasks because of not knowing the technology so they highlighted that and my senior send emails to HR to put me on PIP. What should I do ? Acknowledge PIP ? Or resign?
