What's a bonus ?
Thanks Patricia
None that I have worked at but that doesn't mean that they don't OP.
Usually No as they don’t make profit.
I've seen an end of year profit share of any excess revenues over costs, but not specifically bonuses as a regular part of the comp plan.
Yes, non-profits do give performance based bonuses and holiday bonuses. In my experience, the holiday bonuses are generally small.
Usually it depends on how the nonprofit earns their revenue. It the nonprofit earns most revenue from contributions/grants it’s less likely. If they earn service/program revenue it’s more likely.
For accounting roles: Holiday bonus is typically $250-$500, and a performance based bonus of $2,000 to $5,000.
Some do.
