Do people ever get hired by the big hospital systems if they don't meet every single requirement? I’m debating if I should just focus on smaller places for now, where I might have a better shot. I’d like to know whether it’s worth the time to apply to jobs there anyway, or if they filter you out automatically.

Feel like everytime I have a potential job the moment I interview face to face it all falls apart. Are there certain key mistakes you guys notice that detract from someone even if they have good work?

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice.
