I am a RN and have been for 15 years. I was looking to transition into health tech but has been a bit more challenging than I expected. I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?

They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

I work in deals and am frankly frustrated that those with 9-5s can get better GMAT scores with their schedules while I have to work around an unpredictable schedule at 80 hrs/week.

Can schools see I canceled a score? Is it frowned upon at M7/ Top 20?
