Does anyone know about the IAAP diploma in IFRS?

IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

I’ve been at my company for 10+ years. I’m not happy with the culture but have flexibility I enjoy, seniority for the time I’ve been here, and pays well. An new job opportunity came up as a Tax Manager but in a different industry which could expand my skillset in different ways, but is not as flexible and the pay is 20k lower. If I stay, I will be Director in few years. What will look better on a resume in the future, continued growth in 1 company or experience in more than 1 company?

How do you know if you applied for a position to low? What I mean is got accepted for a position as a senior associate but if all firms are desperate for staff should I have applied for experienced senior associate? I have two years of experience of public accounting and two years outside practice.

Can someone please advice me how to get into Managerial positions or similar positions with little to no coding… as coding takes most of my time and i start to hate it recently. I wish to manage people and move forward into higher position’s holding accountable and receiving recognition which can solve business issue than breaking my head why my code breaks. For those of you who made the switch to in house/corporate law, what was your experience like? Did you have to take a lower position to gain the experience or were you able to argue that your soft skills were transferable to in house? This one is for folks on h1b visa. So at time when you have an offer in hand(not accepted the offer yet and h1b transfer process not yet begun) while you are working with your current employer, do you even speak to your employer about your new offer to see if they make a counter offer?
Is there a risk involved with this approach assuming your current employer doesn't provide you with a counter offer and they ask you to leave immediately (and your h1b visa hasn't been transferred either)
