Do referrals at FB/Google still matter if you are already interviewing at FB or Google?

How and when in the interview process would you go about asking about a company's philosophy on/commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)?

I'm actively interviewing with 5 companies right now, but the one that seems most likely to give me an offer is also the only one where I've so far only been interviewed by 3 white men Is there a delicate way to ask why there aren't women and BIPOC involved in the hiring decision process / whether leadership at the company is more inclusive?

I have appeared the first round for an ui angular position in HPE. Have anyone recently appeared for similar interview. How long is the interview process? @HPE

Is there any benefit (or detriment) to applying to a job via LinkedIn/Glassdoor over the company’s website?

Why do recruiters seen zone your messages on Linkedin after you ask them for an opportunity to work in their company?

Just say NO, Sorry your skills are not a match, don't ignore. You were also candidates once.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

How many days Persistent takes to share interview feedback?

My wife and I are considering relocating to a new city. I’ve been working with a recruiter who (I thought) gave me a good lay of the land. Which firms to meet with re lateral opportunities, which to avoid, etc. I’ve since spoken with a friend who has connections at other firms that could be a better fit. Do I bring in my recruiter or reach out through connections? Is using a recruiter beneficial to me, or am I better off on my own? How does their fee play in to what I could get as a package?

Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.

Partners, directors and senior management: when giving an interview, how do you decide whether the candidate is a good fit? Are there things you look out for? I’m deciding between 2 candidates who are both equally qualified and personable. Only looking to hire one. What to do here

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? I’m afraid of settling at a lower price than what they can do at the top end of the range! Do I anchor by asking for an outrageous figure or let them offer a salary figure first?

I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? What were the likelihoods that they would have raised my salary? I had no other competing offers at the time

Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... They have not mentioned about the JB they mentioned over call.. whom can i speak about these queries.. also does Infosys called back employes to office how the joining process would be??.. TIA...

Just received an offer letter and need to sign off for background check stuff. On my resume, I didn't include a job that I was at for literally 6-7 weeks before leaving; should I be worried about this popping up on my background check/leading to any issues?
