Hello all - I have been offered a role with a big 4 in Canada for the "Manager" level. Since, it is a new market, I am unaware of the salary benchmark and big4 pay range in Canada.

It would be of great help if you could assist with the pay range for a Manager working for a big4 in Canada? I do have a ball park figure in mind, after researching a bit online. But, if anyone actually knows that pay range in Canada, please let me know.

I have an offer from an Asset Manager in London and it is slightly below my expectations. I want to approach them for a joining bonus but was not sure if it is a thing in asset management.

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

For people who have profit sharing what have your experiences been? Ours is every March but it is a variable number based on how we do the prior year (duh obviously) but also only my boss gets to decide and he gives no criteria on why he chooses what he does. Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
