Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Girl I could write a book lol. I think the most frustrating thing is no one taking me seriously, or automatically assuming I'm going to act or think a certain way because of my demographic. I work in a white male dominated insutry to boot so the combo can get hard to deal with sometimes. They're subtle but a lot of the time they don't even realize they're doing it so I struggle with coming off too strong if I point it out. That said no one is ever able to deny my work ethic so I think at the end of the day it's a bit easier to ignore knowing I'll prove them wrong haha
Very much when I was in Pharma healthcare. Hence why I pivoted out. Either not taking your complaints seriously. Or other team members dealing very passive aggressive & then play dumb. Later on you will see sometimes it’s not always race. Sometimes. It’s the person. Especially, lots of white women do this. It happens even on interviews. I must say once I switched to the client side. People are less aggressive or confrontational. I think Pharma was very demanding & I’ll never go back. Even when I’m asked to freelance. One time I did & it was the same treatment. Passive aggressive. A WW who gave me a small project to help out with. Then she was in brand meetings for two days. To not have to pay me. Again, once I went to the client side my WLB & treatment got better. On interviews especially if you’re doing their job already. They will dummy the role down. After, the recruiter made is seem like they want candidates with extensive experience. That turns into oh we want someone junior.
