I really don’t understand this housing market. Did execs from big companies really decide to screw first time home buyers by purchasing all these homes for cash and driving up this ridiculous market? I truly don’t know how I’ll ever afford to buy a decent home. I’ve never been more stressed about something.

Hi i lost majority of my money in the stock market. I married and promised my family that I will not make the mistake I made 7 years ago. Gambling. Is this an addiction I have. I keep selling stocks and taking loses buying other stock hoping it will recover but never did and sell again taking loses and buy again. It now sink in to me. I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. I have a new employee that started last Monday, unfortunately it’s not going to work out. Long story, but we’re fairly certain the individual is using Meth and appears to have started/restarted fairly recently. I work with physicians, so it’s a consensus.
