Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

I have a few times and it gets hand waived away. Was really mad as an A2 when I got my comp and told the partner I literally had a possibility of making more as an A1 than as an A2 (due to the CPA bonus).
Yes you definitely should alert them if you are not happy. If they refuse to change it the only thing you can do is leave and make more elsewhere.
Depends on the office! Every one is like their own little firm. From a macro perspective it’s a great firm
Yes you should, but make sure it is worth the conversation - you can't keep pressing that conversation year after year and not rub people the wrong way. Also make sure you have real leverage... If you aren't a high performer, and if you are in the market pay range, I wouldnt expect much. Get data to support what you are asking for, and if you are a high performer you'll should have a good conversation.
I do and I did this very recently. In the entire history of the US organization, I was the first one who got an off-cycle promotion 8months before the next promo timing.
It came with a decent increase. It was good, but not great. Might still leave if I find a better offer elsewhere.
