Full time doesn't really have to do with your shift times. f you're working 40 hours a week or more you are legally a full time employee
If you are working over 40 hours a week for the same company you're considered full time.
Totally! If you're working full time hours, you should be receiving the benefits associated with that
That would make sense - have they given you a reason why you aren't considered full-time?
I think you're absolutely right! You should be considered a full-time employee if you're working full-time hours!
So how can I go about and make another valid point to the administration? Like I don’t need the healthcare and whatnot but the holidays and annual leave all that stuff would really come in handy as a single parent
Yes we have officers that’s hours are on two different scheduled shifts. Its due to lack of proper and/or reliable service of the other shift on hand. A reputation for not having proper coverage as is supposed to be: screened, disciplined, yet tolerant of attendance issue’s because they cant hire a fair group to count on. Poor HR and recruiting programs bring in “ anyone that says YES”
