Coming out of UG, I accepted my first job b/c I thought I had to based on status of other interviews. I ended up quitting after 8 weeks in favor of an opportunity I perceived to be better, but took longer to get. 7 months into the new gig, I am NOT happy. I interviewed with kpmg for a senior associate position. They waited until the offer to tell me that they see me best as an associate. Which would be a step back in my career and even less money than we talked about. The job posting says minimum of 3 years and I have 4. Don’t understand why they like to waste people’s time like this.
