Yea, I think listing comp bands for various levels would be quite helpful
DMed. Comp details here would be sublime.
I’m currently at a client where we also have Sapient doing some work. I have not been impressed.
Can't speak for other PS practices or even MC projects besides my own. But from what I've seen, we generally put forth quality work and client relationships over the past 3 years the practice has been around, has grown / expanded greatly. Suppose every firm will have some lemons though.

I worked for Publicis, comp was not competitive at ALL

SC1 can you share comp ranges for different levels? Will really help filter out people
...our hiring team to refer qualified candidates of ALL levels. Please DM your resume and times you may be able to chat tomorrow - 8/29 (including weekends) to see if the practice would be a good fit for you! Switched from a T2 and was the best decision I could've made :-)

Coming from where work til midnight and on the weekend was standard, I'm sympathetic to consultants who may not have the luxury right now to call during the week. I am offering the weekend as an alternative to help some folks out.

Can you share a bit about hours and comp?
I left consulting earlier this year in large part because of the impending return to travel. I'm currently happy with my comp:hours ratio, but find the work itself a but dull. I'd be interested in returning to consulting, but comp and hours are a pretty quick way of knowing whether I'd be a good fit.
TIA🙌
Correct, should be attractive.
Don’t mind joining if $ and title in line
All roles, Junior to AMD (Associate Partner) level. Comp varies by role, but should be attractive vs. similar role coming from an MBB or T2
Open to learning more!
DM me for details :)
I'll check posts and messages later today and get responses back.
The Management Consulting team comp is in line with MBB. They have brought in majority McKinsey and BCG so to attract that talent the pay is comparable (If not more for the more experienced)
Which levels? Director level?
All levels up to AMD. We recently hired several AMDs with 8+ YOE at other shops.

Location?
US or UK. Fully remote though, no need to live by an office.
Why did you put 1-10+? Isn’t that just 1+ years?
Also if you don’t put the pay bands, everyone will assume it’s low
Let’s be real. It’s low.
Ex-Publicis Sapient and MBBer here, left some thoughts about MC at the link (I am C1) , but will happily answer any non-comp related questions if folks are interested: https://joinfishbowl.com/post_owdgqm16b9
Top tier consulting isn't about the BEST, most perfect answer. A firm isn't always chosen because they're the smartest and most capable. A lot of it is just about managing risk, perception, and politics. And MBB firms bring prestige, C-Suite relationships, and reputation that put them at the intersection of all those things in ways that competitors can't match.
Say you're a F500 CEO that's clueless about digital and truly need help from an Accenture, Deloitte, or PS--the odds are still high you'll reach out to that MBB partner first, or pick them to help you figure it out, even if the competitors have far better know-how and capabilities. Even if they're already working for your deputies or business unit leaders doing critical work, often times these CEOs are so behind the times, and just make conservative bets instead of a thorough and exacting analysis.
This was a sobering realization to me, that even given MBB's incredibly mixed digital capabilities (and I've been on some pretty laughable projects where we had no business being there), they'll still always be in contention - - prices and fees don't really matter at that level--it's about everything else.
Curious to learn more! Dm me
