That would be the dream! However all these companies are too shellfish to care about their employees life and work balance. All they care about is spend less make ALL.

We have tried it. For some it works great.  others found that 410s are way too long to concentrate.

I'm ready for my company to start testing a 6 day workweek from 7.
It is very unfortunate that you are expected to work 7 days a week. Everyone needs a day off on occasion. I do realize that some very successful people work 24/7 but that should not be expected in many roles. A four-day work week wouldn't work for many roles.
I could definitely support 4 days a week, 8 hours only.
Yes. There are some on the other team doing it. I’m not sure I want to. I’m cool with one day off a pay period.

Not a chance. Busy season(s) are so extreme that I am trying to reduce to 6 days per week. Or return to previous line of work —- that was truly enjoyable and challenging rather than chaotic and high stress.
