Do your account teams and PMs have access to Figma files and make their comments there as opposed to a project management platform like Workfront? I find getting comments in Figma to be painful to keep up with and keep track of. But it might just be me.

Looking for advice on career change. I’m a 45 year old single mom - I’ve been at my job for 18 years. I know I could be doing more. The job isn’t fulfilling and the workplace is rather toxic. The pay is pretty good - when I look at other open positions in my field / the pay is much less or the same. Honestly just unsure of what I “want” to do.
