You are given the opportunity to select the components and declare your compensation after joining, however the variable of 27% is doubtful because Accenture only provides 0-15% as variable pay
There are ample lot of opportunities and resources available to make use of in this vertical/service line , Drop a mssg once you have joined will surely help you out on that 😊

Accenture doesn’t provide break up as mentioned in the above comment. Variable goes above 15% only for the top performers. Assume variable to be 7-10% for a more realistic TC figure.

Buddy let me break it down for you.
₹16 is your fix + 27% is the variable (don't expect more than 10% any time, for every year they will declare variable for you which will be distributed in 2 segments. For that also it will be like either 10% or 100000 (it can be any fix amount)
My suggestion would be to maximize fixed pay
For fixed pay you can decide the structure which includes (meal allowance (max. 2200 per month), Pension scheme contribution).
The fix pay components is just for your ease as meal allowance as not taxable. If you are not opting for it it will be added to your in hand salary but it would taxable then
