Does amdocs extend the joining date by 25-30 days?

In Accenture offer Letter, I didn't get the pay structure, instead HR told me that it can be planned by employee only on the first day of joining. How does it works? I got level 8 .

Google L6 S&O in Boston/Seattle/DC. 9 YOE + MBA.
Base: 218k
Bonus: 20%
Equity: 270k over 4 years
Sign-on: 25k

And I’m struggling to not speak up because I feel so conflicted. I don’t want to make things worse for her but do want him to know I see how he’s treating her.

This is to inform that I have been selected in Amdocs as software developer for pune, my current ctc is 13.4 with total 6 years of IT experience in my home city.

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.
