Does any have any tips on studying and passing the CCSP? I have the CISSP and a bunch of audit certs and would like to tackle the CSSP. Is taking a vendor cloud cert ( Azure, GCP, AWS) more valuable than the CCSP? If yes, why?

I took the CISSP then the CCSP a few months later. For the CCSP I purchased the official book, Skipped to the questions at the back of the chapter, if I didn't do well I read that part of the chapter or the whole chapter. Then I went to the questions at the back of the book and did the same thing. For items that I needed to memorize I wrote them by hand into a notebook. There's a lot of repeat from the CISSP. I took it a few years back. I did not find It as hard as the CISSP. I already had the AWS solutions architect certification which helped as well.

I'm in vulnerability management. It does help me understand client cloud environments and how remediation differs from legacy environments. CCSP it's high level. AWS certs are more operational and will actually help you understand what tech teams do day-to-day.

Reason to leave - want more technical exp before moving to Big tech and better comp. although PwC increased salary this year, it’s not in the same ball park at this point. Hello guys!!
Can anyone of you please help me out? Or atleast some advice!!

I'm a bit confused between Accenture and Bain & Company.
I've offers from both of these firms with almost similar package. The role is not related to consulting but more into the technical+business side.
If I go with Bain, will it be more fruitful wrt brand value and job switch in next few years?
Also, how is the hike and compensation benefits for the employees at Bain?

Any sort of help/advice is more than welcome!

Hi guys, I’m debating switching careers. I’m currently a mortgage loan officer but I’m very interested in SE. My degree is in finance. There’s a coding bootcamp near me called Boca Code that’s supposed to be top notch. I’m curious for feedback on 1. Are coding bootcamps actually a way into the industry like they’re marketed? And 2. What is a realistic starting salary for entry level SE? I’ve read and been told 90k, but that seems high.

My cleaning lady now drives to our apartment and finds street parking. She got a ticket last week for not seeing the signs. I suggested to her if the signs weren’t clear she could contest it. I’m struggling here - should I pay for the ticket? On one level, she has worked with us for a long time, but I also don’t think it’s necessarily my responsibility. I give her a nice bonus and raise each year. Do I pay it once as a good will gesture? She has other clients too that she drives too.
