Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I got my current job and last job over Zoom. But I do feel like I would have gotten more offers if I could have interviewed in person.
Like CD said, though, work on the virtual skills. If you can make a personal connection with someone over Zoom vs in-person, you’ll be invaluable as Zoom is here to stay as I don’t see most agencies going back to 100% in office 5 days a week. And those remote days you’ll still need to present over Zoom, meet with your boss, coworkers, etc.
I’ve done better on zoom. Good background, a piece of art something interesting is great. Don’t sit too close to the camera either, allow yourself to have body language, don’t be stiff.
Pro
To answer the question, of course. But, might I suggest some home office improvements? Prop your laptop up or get a webcam and place it at eye level. There’s no need to hunch.
It’s a challenge, but you’ll likely be expected to attend a lot of video calls with clients. Building up your Zoom skills is essential to succeeding these days.

Virtual work meetings are fine, but getting "in the zone" for a job interview is always a challenge for me over webcam. Maybe I should just start snorting coke before my interviews. Jk
