As Senior Software Engineer 1, Rakuten offered 13.5L as CTC + 1.4L as joining bonus. My current CTC is 7.2LPA. Go to My Compensation Statement on deloittenet. It'll show your potential range. It's tied to firm performance as well, so guessing a 2 this year would be around 10%
Personally I'm an SC out of B-School (been with Uncle D for around 8 months now) and I'm in General Management, S&O.
25% wow
Applying to Deloitte!!!
Yes. SC. Hopefully making manager this year. 105k salary. Had a 19k bonus last year. I think they were afraid I was going to quit last year.
@PWC 1, I'm having a decent time so far. Been 7 months and honestly, it's based on project-by-project. On one project I used to finish work at 5 and not do shit after that. On another I worked till 10 PM everyday. Work, so far has been interesting; because we are in general management you can get any industry and type of work (lots of learning)
Sound about right from what I heard at Deloitt. S&O is even higher
Deloitte*
I had a 2 and it was about 9% last year. I am not S&O
Depends on your level too. Service line only matters once you make PPD I believe. Otherwise it's similar %
Pretty sure know one knows that well because it's all over the place. I was a SC with a 2 two years ago and got 10-15% (don't remember exactly), then last year, I got 25% (we didn't get ratings, piloting the new approach)
You can find your personal range on (assuming plan is made) on DeloitteNet btw
Yup last year was great if you got a 1. I think managers can get up to 35% even
How close are we to our aIp getting funded ... I hear lots of talks about behind target ... Think we will make it ?
Our top people only like 6% bonuses haha....public companies suuuuuck
Just checked. At least for Deloitte Advisory - Cyber Risk it doesn't. In previous years they've only released that info after they sit down and tell you what you're getting.
^Del4, what's the avg raise and bonus for cyber risk?
A1 - Idk what the average is but I've gotten a 2 rating with a 17% raise in a non promotion year. They take the money from a couple different sources though. I think, market adjustment + performance increase.
I guess it only tells you for consulting then
Damn, del4...did u move to a new city? Or just bc demand is going up and they wanted to keep u from quitting?
